When you make a bet on Australian Multiples markets via the Australian Multiples Betting Platform you are betting with Sports Alive through Betfair Australia which is acting as agent for Sports Alive.

Betfair will attempt to resolve any disputes or complaints that you may have in regard to the Australian Multiples Betting Platform, including referral of any issue to Sports Alive for resolution. Betfair will endeavour to keep you informed of the progress of your dispute (whether or not it is referred to Sports Alive) including referral to the appropriate regulatory body if your dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction.

Referral to ACT Gambling and Racing Commission

If you have an unresolved complaint about the settlement or management of an Australian Multiples market or bet via the Australian Multiples Platform, you may refer your betting dispute to the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission. The dispute is to be referred to the Commission within 28 days of the completion of the event on which the bet was made. When referring any dispute please advise the Commission that your dispute relates to a bet placed with Sports Alive through Betfair Australia.

Referral to Tasmanian Gaming Commission

If you have an unresolved complaint with Betfair, you may refer your complaint to the Tasmanian Gaming Commission by emailing: betexchange@treasury.tas.gov.au. Please note that the Tasmanian Gaming Commission is not able to assist with unresolved disputes about the settlement or management of any Sports Alive Multiples Markets offered through the Betfair Australian Multiples Platform. These disputes must be referred to the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission (see above).
